Calculators are Malawi’s adapted series of Microsoft Excel GHG-IS emissions calculators for tracking sectoral emissions accurately and consistently. These calculators are GHG accounting tools that follow the accounting methods, equations, and default values and coefficients from the IPCC Guidelines. The calculators have been designed to use Malawi-specific data to produce estimates of emissions from each emissions sector relevant to the country, and are a simpler form of the IPCC software.
